Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) (“Google). The use of this website includes the operating mode “Universal Analytics”, which makes it possible to assign data, session and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyse the activities of a user across devices. This data protection information is provided by www.intersoft-consulting.de.
Google Analytics uses “cookies”, i.e. text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how you use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the complete IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the US and will be truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is § 15 para. 3 TMG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by using and installing the Browser-Add-on. Cookies
Some internet websites use cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not include viruses. They serve to make our websites more user-friendly, more efficient and more secure. Cookies are small text files which are placed on your computer and are stored by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are deleted automatically after you have finished your session. Other cookies remain on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser at your next visit to our website.
You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies, to permit cookies only in special cases, to reject cookies in special cases or generally, and to activate automatic deletion of cookies when your browser is being closed. Deactivation of cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Cookies that are required for the electronic communication process or for the provision specific functions you may require (e.g. “Add to cart” function) are stored acc. to Article 6 para 1 lit. f Basic Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO. . The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically faultless and optimised provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyse your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.
Contact Form
When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide will be processed by us. The only mandatory information is your name, telephone number and e-mail address. These details are required so that we can answer your enquiry. If you wish you can provide further personal data on a voluntary basis (if we are to send you information material or catalogues by post or answer a financing enquiry, we need your address). Your personal data will be stored by us in order to answer your questions and fulfil your requests. We delete the data accruing in this context after storage is no longer required (generally after 12 months), or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
The above will only take place if you expressly give us your consent for this (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 7 Basic Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO). Your consent is voluntary. You can refuse it without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages. You can also revoke this consent at any time in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) with future effect to the contact details shown above without incurring any disadvantages as a result.

- Visited website
- Time at the time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you reached the page

LinkedIn™ Insight-Tag
This website uses the LinkedIn™ Insight tag of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (“LinkedIn”). The LinkedIn Insight tag is a small JavaScript code snippet that we have added to our website to enable detailed campaign reporting and gain valuable information about our website visitors. In particular, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions, retarget our website visitors and gain additional information about members of LinkedIn who view our ads.
In particular, the LinkedIn Insight tag allows us to collect data about visits to our website, including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser properties (user agent) and time stamp. IP addresses are shortened or (if used to reach members across devices) hashed. Members’ direct identifiers are removed within seven days to pseudonymise the data. The remaining pseudonymised data is then deleted within 180 days. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but only provides reports (in which you are not identified) on website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn also provides retargeting for website visitors, so we can use this data to display targeted ads outside of our website without identifying the registered LinkedIn user. We also use data that does not identify you, to improve the relevance of ads and reach LinkedIn members across devices. LinkedIn members can also control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes in their account settings.
LinkedIn also processes your personal data in the US. LinkedIn also processes your personal data in the US. Before giving your consent pursuant to Art. 49 (1) (a) of the Basic Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO, we would like to point out in particular that without an adequacy decision and without suitable guarantees, there may not be an adequate level of data protection in the USA, as data protection laws do not comply with the requirements of the DSGVO, and in particular data subject rights may not be enforced.
The above will only take place if you give us your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lt. a DSGVO (“consent”). Your consent is voluntary. You can refuse it without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages. You can also revoke this consent at any time with future effect here [Link Cookie Banner] without incurring any disadvantages.
For more information on the processing of personal data by LinkedIn and your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to LinkedIn’s privacy policy at www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Facebook Pixel
This website uses the Facebook pixel from Meta formerly Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025 (“Facebook”).
This allows users of the website to be shown interest-based advertisements (“Facebook ads”) when visiting the Facebook social network or other websites that also use the method. This enables us to show you advertisements that are relevant for you in order to make our website more interesting for you.
Via Facebook Pixel, we process in particular information about the activities of website visitors outside of Facebook. This includes information about the website visitor’s device, the web pages visited, purchases made, advertisements seen by the website visitor and information about how the visitor uses our website. This happens regardless of whether you as a visitor to our website have a Facebook account or are logged in to Facebook. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will learn and store your IP address and other identifying features.
The Facebook pixel captures the following five types of data:
Http headers – everything that is present in HTTP headers. HTTP header fields are part of the standard HTTP web protocol and are exchanged between any browser and any server on the internet. HTTP header fields contain IP addresses, web browser information, page location, document, referrer and website visitor information.
Pixel-specific data: this includes pixel ID and Facebook cookie.
Button click data: this includes any buttons clicked by visitors to the website, the labels of those buttons and any pages accessed as a result of clicking the button.
Optional values: development and marketing can optionally send additional information about the visit via personalised data events. Examples of personalised data events are the conversion value, page type, etc.
Form field names: these include the names of website fields such as “email”, “address” and “quantity” that are filled in when a product or service is purchased. Facebook Pixel generally does not collect field values.
Facebook also processes your personal data in the US.
Furthermore, you can deactivate the Facebook marketing function as a logged-in Facebook user at www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads# deaktivieren.
For more information on the processing of personal data by Facebook and your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s data protection information at www.facebook.com/about/privacy/
Application Procedure
The personal data you provide as part of the application process will be processed and used by AMW Anlagen-Montagen Werder GmbH exclusively for the purposes of selection of applicants and recruitment. As a matter of principle, your data will only be forwarded to the internal departments and specialist departments of our company responsible for the specific application procedure. Your application data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. The retention period for application documents is limited to a maximum of 6 months. Once the retention period has expired, all applicant data will be deleted and all application documents in paper form will be destroyed.
Duration of Data Processing
The maximum duration of storage depends on the purpose of the data processing. The duration of storage depends in particular on the period for which processing is required to fulfil the purpose or to comply with legal obligations. The statutory retention obligations, in particular in accordance with § 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and § 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) – 6 and 10 years respectively – remain unaffected.
Recipients of Personal Data
We transmit your data to the specialist departments within VIVAVIS as far as this is necessary.
The basis for the authorisation of a further data transfer within the group is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO (“legitimate interest”). According to this, data processing is lawful if the processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests, provided that the interests or fundamental rights of the data subject do not prevail. In the recitals to the General Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO, recital 48 specifies the legitimate interest for the transfer in a group of companies. According to this, the transfer within a group of companies for internal administrative purposes with regard to the processing of customer data qualifies as a legitimate interest of ours within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f General Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO.
In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us; they are bound by our instructions and are monitored on a regular basis. All requirements of Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO are observed.
Any further transfer of your personal data will only take place if this is expressly stated in our data protection policy.
Location of Data Processing Activities
All processing of your personal data takes place either in Germany or in member states of the European Union. We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the member states of the European Union (so-called third countries) or to other international organisations, unless otherwise stated in this document.
If we transfer personal data to service providers outside the EU, this will only be done if the third country has been confirmed by the EU Commission as having an adequate level of data protection, or other adequate data protection guarantees (e.g. binding internal company data protection regulations or an agreement on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission) are in place or if the data subject has given his or her consent (Art. 44 et seq. General Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO).
Your Rights
With regard to personal data related to you, you have the following rights:
– right of information
– right to rectification or deletion of data
– right to restrictions with regard to the processing of data
– right to object to the processing of data
– right to transferability of data
Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f General Data Processing Regulation – DSGVO), you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, especially when it comes to the performance of a contract with you. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the merits of the case and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or show you compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, or if you have any questions regarding the aforementioned rights, or if you wish to exercise these rights or make suggestions, please contact us or our external data protection officer.
